Formaggio Idiazabal

Peperone “Piquillo”

Pane casereccio

Preparazione

Tagliare il pane a fette e mettere sopra il peperone “Piquillo”.

Disporre sopra il formaggio tagliato a fettine e aggiungere due o tre filleti di acciughe del Cantabrico Arroyabe.
